We have relationships with other consultants, attorneys, accounting firms, as well as M&A firms, and can refer you if the situation warrants.

About Rates

Rates are usually hourly. In some instances, a success fee or commission structure can be applied in additional to or in lieu of an hourly billing. A deposit or retainer is usually required. We work primarily with small businesses, some of which may have limited financial strength,  so our rate schedule is somewhat flexible and sometimes creative.

Our emphasis is to provide meaningful, measurable results and guidance for our clients. While we never cut corners, we do apply a common-sense approach to the time and expense utilized on any given project.
