Jonathan Consulting LLC was conceptualized and incorporated in  2009 to provide turnaround consulting services to transitioning companies. Since inception,  the firm has served numerous companies in the service, manufacturing, distribution, communication, mortgage financing, agricultural, building products, general contracting, as well as food and beverage sectors.

The firm also provides services to select lenders. These services include collateral reviews for banks and asset based lenders, liquidation analysis, business plan validations, asset/enterprise liquidation, troubled loan advisory, and other ad hoc services as required.

The Principal & Founder

Paul Jonathan Niedermayer

Paul draws from a broad range of experience. He has worked on numerous engagements on behalf of business owners in turnaround, on-going management advisory projects, acquisition and sale efforts, as well as refinancing and restructuring projects.

Paul began his career in financial institutions auditing, then moved to the asset based lending business where he worked with highly leveraged problem  borrowers. From1999 to 2009, Paul was Vice President for a  national bank, working with troubled borrowers in numerous sectors across the United States.
